Our people are at the heart of our success. We are committed to investing in and supporting our colleagues, recognising that diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives strengthen our business. By fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels respected, valued and empowered to contribute, we create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration and personal growth. The result is a stronger, more dynamic workplace where people can thrive and perform at their best.
Supporting Charities Worldwide
Our primary charity partner is the Ninos Pag Asa Centre in Olongapo, Philippines. The centre provides vital support to vulnerable children and families through medical care, education programmes, skills training and community-based rehabilitation services for both residents and the wider community. Global Marine Group has proudly supported the centre since 1998, when Cable Retriever, the vessel serving the local maintenance region, first arrived in the area.
Creating Environments to Help People Thrive
We are committed to creating workplaces where our people can thrive. At Ocean House, our Chelmsford head office, colleagues can relax, connect and recharge in a dedicated breakout space featuring comfortable seating, kitchen facilities, games and social areas. Designed to support wellbeing and collaboration, it helps people take a break and build relationships.
